Complete the registration form.
Receive an invitation to the Haven Tournament Hub Discord.
Join the tournament on TBD
Check in before the event begins.

Please join at least 10 minutes before Round 1.
This gives us enough time to:
Verify attendance
Answer questions
Resolve technical issues

Discord is where we:
Make announcements
Call judges
Assign voice channels
Resolve issues quickly
Being active in Discord is mandatory during the tournament. Many online events similarly require players to remain available on Discord for announcements and judge calls.

🎧 Do I need to be in voice chat?

Yes.
Each match will have its own voice channel.
Voice is used for:
Judge calls
Communication
Technical issues
Verifying game state when necessary
You are not required to talk continuously, but you must be able to hear tournament staff and communicate with your opponent.

No.
Webcams are not required unless specifically requested by tournament staff for an investigation.

⏰ What happens if I'm late?

If you are not present when your match is called, penalties may apply.
Continued absence may result in a Match Loss or removal from the tournament.

Stay in your match voice channel.
Ping @Judge in your match text channel.
Stop playing until a judge arrives.

❌ Can I drop from the tournament?

Yes.
Notify a Tournament Organizer or Judge before the next round begins.

Reconnect as quickly as possible.
If technical issues occur:
Notify a judge immediately.
Do not continue the match until instructed.
Judges will determine the appropriate resolution.

Some feature matches may be broadcast on the GG Haven stream.
By entering HOCS, you agree that your matches, gameplay, username, and voice communications may appear on stream or in future content.

Prize distribution will be listed on each tournament page.
Digital prizes will normally be sent within a few business days after final standings are confirmed.
